Damon Gluff

Damon is a new resident of the North Alabama area. As the son of an Army 1st Sargent, he has lived in many cities around the US, but considers his home a small town in New Palestine, Indiana. It was this small town where he met his wife and built a connection to the community around him. He succeeded in baseball until an injury changed his career path. For 25 plus years, he worked in the Automotive Repair industry and thrived on helping his customers, and building trusting relationships with each and every customer. Feeling the need to do more, Damon decided to pursue a career in real estate. He quickly realized how rewarding his new career path would become - the feeling of helping someone’s dream come true is what drives him! So how did he get to Alabama… after raising 3 sons and a daughter, Damon, his wife, and their two Goldendoodles decided to move to Alabama to be closer to family. They fell in love with Alabama years before moving here, and Damon is excited to continue his real estate career with Matlock Realty Group. When asked what Damon likes most about the real estate business, he said “I think there is no better feeling when you help someone find that perfect home!
